New to Mes Amis Aesthetics?
New clients are required to attend a consultation prior to booking any facial aesthetic treatments.
Consultations provide the opportunity to discuss your concerns, explore your treatment goals and ask any questions you may have.
During your consultation, your skin will be assessed and appropriate non-surgical treatment options can be discussed. Recommendations will always take into account your medical history, suitability and overall skin health.
This process ensures you have the information needed to make a safe and informed decision about treatment.
Consultation appointments are chargeable and allow dedicated time to provide a thorough and personalised assessment.
The consultation fee is redeemable against treatment if you choose to proceed.

Booking & cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy
All appointments are booked via Fresha.
A 50% booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
Consent forms must be completed prior to treatment. These will be sent to you via Fresha once your appointment is confirmed. It is your responsibility to inform the clinic of any changes to your medical history before your appointment.
A face-to-face consultation is required prior to Anti-Wrinkle treatments.
A £10 consultation fee is required for consultation appointments. This fee is redeemable against treatment should you decide to proceed.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the booking fee being forfeited. Please note the clinic can not take responsibility for changes in personal circumstances.
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent other patients from accessing treatment and therefore the clinic’s cancellation policy is strictly applied.
Non-attendance of any appointment will result in the booking fee being forfeited and the remaining balance of the missed appointment being required before any future bookings can be made.
Refunds are only issued if a course of treatment is altered or cancelled by the clinic. Mes Amis reserves the right to alter or cancel appointments were necessary. In exceptional circumstances, the clinic may agree to a refund at its discretion.

Terms of Treatment
All treatments are carried out following a full consultation and medical assessment to ensure suitability.
Treatment recommendations are based on individual clinical judgement and patient safety will always be the priority.
Results can vary between individuals and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
Mes Amis Aesthetics reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment where it is not considered clinically appropriate.
Clients must be 18 years or over to receive aesthetic treatments.
