New to Mes Amis Aesthetics?
New clients are required to attend a full consultation prior to booking any facial aesthetic treatments. These consultations are free & you are not obligated to book any advanced aesthetic treatment following your appointment.
Consultations are a vital step in your aesthetics journey. They are about giving you the opportunity to discuss what you are looking to achieve, talk through any concerns you may have & ask any questions.
It is also an opportunity to assess your skin's suitability & recommend any potential non-surgical treatments. Other considerations for treatment will be subject to a comprehensive medical history.
This ensures you have the proper information in order to make an informed decision about treatment.

All bookings will be made via Fresha.
A booking fee of 30% is required for all appointments.
Consent forms are to be completed prior to any treatment, these will be sent via Fresha when you confirm your appointment. It is your responsibility to inform me of any changes prior to your appointment.
Face to face consultations are required prior to Anti-Wrinkle appointments.
A booking fee of £10 is required for consultations. This can be put towards any treatment should you wish to go ahead. If you decide not to you will still be required to pay.
Cancellations are accepted 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to provide at least 48 hours notice will result in your booking fee automatically being forfeited.
Non attendance of any appointment will result in forfeited booking fee & you will be charged the remainder of the appointment in order to rebook.

In the event you need to amend your appointment, providing you have given 48 hours notice your booking fee will be retained & your appointment moved.
If however you no longer require the appointment your booking fee will be forfeited.
Please note I do not take responsibility for changes in clients personal circumstances.
Refunds are only given if a course of treatment is altered by us. I reserve the right to alter/cance any appointments.
Please note, in exceptional circumstances we may agree to issue a refund.
